The invention discloses a high-precision transmission lifting platform which comprises a bearing platform, the bearing platform is horizontally arranged on a plurality of lead screws in a sleeving mode, conical nuts are arranged on the lead screws located below the bearing platform in a threaded mode, and gear shells for supporting the bearing platform are rotatably arranged on the conical nuts; a transmission rod is arranged between every two adjacent lead screws, cylindrical roller bearings and bevel gears are arranged at the two ends of each transmission rod, the transmission rods are connected with the bevel gears through flat keys, couplings are arranged at the joints in a sleeving mode, bearing seats are fixedly arranged outside the cylindrical roller bearings in a sleeving mode, and the bearing seats are fixed to gear shells. The bevel gear is arranged at the end of the transmission rod and meshed with the conical nut, and the transmission rod is controlled by the speed reducer to rotate to achieve lifting of the bearing platform. The bevel gear is meshed with the conical nut to transmit torque, so that the bearing platform is driven to ascend and descend, the positioning precision of the bearing platform in the moving process is guaranteed, and fixing of the bearing platform is guaranteed by controlling self-locking of the driving motor.

    本发明公开了一种高精度传动升降平台,包括承载平台,承载平台水平套设于若干个丝杆上,位于承载平台下方的丝杆上螺纹设置有锥形螺母,锥形螺母上可转动的设置有支撑承载平台的齿轮外壳;相邻的两个丝杆之间设置有传动杆,传动杆两端均设置有圆柱滚子轴承和锥齿轮,传动杆与锥齿轮平键连接,且连接处套设有联轴器,圆柱滚子轴承外固定套设有轴承座,轴承座与齿轮外壳相固定;锥齿轮设置于传动杆端部,且与锥形螺母相啮合,通过减速机控制传动杆转动实现承载平台的升降。本发明的锥齿轮与锥形螺母相啮合传递扭矩,从而驱动承载平台升降,保证承载平台移动过程中的定位精度,且通过控制驱动电机自锁以保证承载平台的固定。
