The invention belongs to the field of elevator equipment, and particularly relates to an elevator car operation vibration suppression device which is characterized in that a first vibration suppression structure is arranged at the bottom of a car system and comprises a base component and a conductor component, the conductor component is fixed to the bottom of a car or a car frame, and the base component comprises a vertical elevator and a magnetic base; the vertical elevator is arranged close to the side wall of an elevator shaft, the magnetic base is connected with the vertical elevator, and the vertical elevator operates to drive the magnetic base to ascend and descend along with the lift car system, so that the conductor component is always located in a magnetic field of the magnetic base. According to the elevator car operation vibration suppression device, the first vibration suppression structure is arranged at the bottom of the car system, when the car system vibrates, the conductor component is driven to move in a magnetic field range formed by the magnetic base, and then the conductor component cuts magnetic induction lines of the magnetic base to generate Ampere force; and a damping effect is formed to restrain shaking of the lift car system, and the comfort level of passengers is improved.
