The invention provides a replaceable flywheel module for a maintainable spacecraft. The replaceable flywheel module comprises a module structure shell, a mechanical arm gripper, a maintainable spacecraft platform, a point type butt joint mechanism and a floating electric connector. The mechanical arm gripper is mounted on one side of the modular structure shell, and the modular structure shell is allowed to be connected with the maintainable spacecraft platform; the point type docking mechanism and the floating electric connector are arranged between the modular structure shell and the maintainable spacecraft platform; the device is provided with a point type butt joint mechanism, a floating electric connector and a mechanical arm gripper, so that the flywheel module has an on-orbit replacement condition, and on-orbit maintenance and equipment upgrading of the flywheel module can be realized through an on-orbit assembly mechanical arm.

    本发明提供了一种用于可维修空间飞行器的可更换飞轮模块,包括:模块结构壳体、机械臂抓手、可维修空间飞行器平台、点式对接机构和浮动电连接器;所述模块结构壳体一侧安装所述机械臂抓手,所述模块结构壳体允许连接所述可维修空间飞行器平台;所述模块结构壳体和所述可维修空间飞行器平台之间安装所述点式对接机构和所述浮动电连接器;本装置配置了点式对接机构、浮动电连接器及机械臂抓手,使飞轮模块具备在轨更换条件,通过在轨装配机械臂可实现飞轮模块在轨维修和设备升级。
