The invention provides a ship attitude real-time measurement system and method based on a pipeline communicating vessel and a ship. The system comprises a pipeline communicating vessel, a data measuring module and a data processing module. The pipeline communicating vessel comprises a horizontal section and a plurality of vertical sections, the plurality of vertical sections are respectively arranged at the head parts of the left and right sides of the ship and the head and tail parts of the right side of the ship, and the tops of the vertical sections are flush; liquid is loaded in the pipeline communicating vessel, and the height of the liquid level in the vertical section changes along with changes of the posture of the ship. The data measurement modules are arranged at the tops of all the vertical sections of the pipeline communicating vessel and used for measuring and recording time points T and the distance H between the liquid level in each vertical section at each time point T and the center of the data measurement module arranged at the top of the vertical section. And the data processing module is used for processing the time point T and the distance H to obtain attitude parameters. The system has the characteristics of high precision of measured data and real-time monitoring of the attitude of the ship.
