The liquid hydrogen cabin is arranged between the main deck and the bottom cabin, and a plurality of liquid hydrogen tanks for storing liquid hydrogen are arranged in the liquid hydrogen cabin; the hydrogen preparation chamber and the hydrogen fuel power chamber are both arranged on the main deck and located on the stern of the platform, a hydrogen fuel tank is arranged in the hydrogen preparation chamber, and an ignition device and an engine are arranged in the hydrogen fuel power chamber. According to the invention, hydrogen is used as fuel, toxic pollution gas is not discharged, carbon dioxide and other pollutants are not discharged, and the method is green and environment-friendly. An engine of the propeller generates power by taking hydrogen as fuel, so that the offshore exploration platform is self-propelled to an overwater operation area, and the exploration range is expanded. The generator generates electric energy with hydrogen as fuel, and the battery is used for storing the electric energy and providing the electric energy for the offshore exploration platform.
