The invention discloses a variable angle transmission ratio generation method for a steer-by-wire system. The variable angle transmission ratio generation method comprises the steps that the vehicle speed, the vehicle stability factor and a steering wheel rotation angle signal are collected; acquiring yaw velocity sensitivity and lateral acceleration sensitivity; calculating an ideal angular transmission ratio based on the yaw velocity and an ideal angular transmission ratio based on the lateral acceleration sensitivity; carrying out weighted adjustment on the diagonal rotation ratio; performing steering wheel angle coefficient correction on the adjusted angle transmission ratio; limiting the corrected angular transmission ratio; a target angular gear ratio is generated. According to the method, the nonlinear characteristic of the vehicle during steering can be reduced at medium and low vehicle speeds, and the road sensing tracking capability and the control portability are improved; and when the vehicle speed is high, the input change of the front wheel steering angle to the steering wheel becomes slow, and the operation safety and the vehicle lateral stability are improved. The angle transmission ratio can be changed along with the turning angle of the steering wheel under the same vehicle speed, and the control burden of a driver can be effectively reduced for low-vehicle-speed and large-turning-angle scenes such as parking and turning around.

    本发明公开了一种用于线控转向系统的可变角传动比生成方法,包括:采集车速、车辆稳定性因数及转向盘转角信号;获取横摆角速度灵敏度和侧向加速度灵敏度;计算基于横摆角速度的理想角传动比和基于侧向加速度灵敏度的理想角传动比;对角转动比加权调节;对调节后的角传动比进行转向盘转角系数修正;对修正后的角传动比进行限值;生成目标角传动比。该发明可实现中低车速时可减小车辆转向时的非线性特性,提高路感跟踪能力和操纵轻便性;高车速时可使前轮转角对转向盘输入变化变得缓慢,提高操纵安全性和车辆侧向稳定性。还可实现相同车速下角传动比随转向盘转角的变化,对于停车、掉头等低车速大转角场景,可有效减小驾驶员操纵负担。
