The second steady-state speed is a predicted driving speed of the vehicle in a nearby lane; whether the second steady-state speed is larger than the first steady-state speed or not is judged, if yes, lane changing processing is conducted on the vehicle, and the problems that the vehicle lane changing time is unreasonable, and the time cost is high can be solved.
