The invention discloses a heat pump system and a control method thereof.The system comprises an air path regulation and control unit arranged in a passenger compartment and comprising a first indoor heat exchanger, a second indoor heat exchanger and an outdoor heat exchanger, and refrigerant is driven by a compressor to circularly flow in the air path regulation and control unit; the water path regulation and control unit is arranged on the battery side and comprises a water pump and a battery water path heat exchanger, circulating water is driven by the water pump to flow through the battery water path heat exchanger and the battery, and heat or cold is transmitted to the battery from the battery heat exchanger; wherein the output end of the compressor is respectively connected with the gas path regulation and control unit and the water path regulation and control unit through a plurality of control switches, so that regulation and control modes of the passenger compartment and the battery are realized. According to the system and method, the passenger compartment can be heated or refrigerated, heating or cooling of the battery can be achieved, the energy-saving effect of the heat pump system is fully utilized, and therefore the energy consumption of the whole vehicle under the low-temperature working condition is reduced, and the endurance mileage of the electric vehicle is increased.

    本发明公开一种热泵系统及其控制方法,该系统包括:气路调控单元,设置于乘客舱,包括第一、第二室内换热器和室外换热器,制冷剂在所述压缩机的带动下,在所述气路调控单元中循环流动;水路调控单元,设置于电池侧,包括水泵和电池水路换热器,循环水由所述水泵驱动流经所述电池水路换热器和所述电池,将热量或冷量从所述电池换热器传递给所述电池;其中,所述压缩机的输出端分别通过若干控制开关连接所述气路调控单元和所述水路调控单元,实现对所述乘客舱和所述电池的调控模式。本发明的系统和方法既可以对乘客舱进行制热或制冷,又可以实现电池的加热或冷却,充分利用热泵系统的节能效果,从而降低低温工况下的整车能耗,增加电动车续航里程。
