The invention discloses a heavy commercial vehicle variable cross-section cast front axle which comprises a Z-shaped cross-section middle part, the two ends of the Z-shaped cross-section middle part are connected with I-shaped plate spring seats respectively, and the I-shaped plate spring seats are connected with fist parts through fist connecting parts; the middle part of the Z-shaped section comprises an inclined supporting surface, a lower supporting surface and an upper supporting surface; the inclined supporting surface extends from the front side of the lower supporting surface to the rear side of the upper supporting surface; and the width and the thickness of the lower supporting surface are 1.3-1.4 times of those of the upper supporting surface. The middle part of the front axle of the heavy-duty commercial vehicle adopts a Z-shaped section design with a fixed direction and different widths and thicknesses of upper and lower supporting surfaces, so that the front axle of the heavy-duty commercial vehicle meets the structural strength performance index under the vertical working condition, and the deformation of the middle part of the front axle of the heavy-duty commercial vehicle can be reduced by more than 35% when the front axle of the heavy-duty commercial vehicle is subjected to impact force; and the deformation after-sales failure rate of the front axle of the heavy commercial vehicle under impact force can be greatly reduced.

    本发明公开了一种重型商用车变截面铸造前轴,包括Z形截面中部,Z形截面中部两端分别连接工字型板簧座,工字型板簧座通过拳头连接部连接拳头部;所述Z形截面中部包括斜支撑面、下支撑面和上支撑面,斜支撑面自下支撑面前侧延伸到上支撑面后侧;下支撑面的宽度和厚度为上支撑面宽度和厚度的1.3~1.4倍。本发明的重型商用车前轴中部采用具有固定方向而且上下支撑面宽度和厚度均不相同的“Z”形截面设计,不仅使重型商用车前轴在垂向工况下满足结构强度性能指标,而且可将重型商用车前轴在受到冲击力时中段的变形降低35%以上,可大幅降低重型商用车前轴在受到冲击力时的变形售后故障率。
