The invention discloses a heat exchange device for a heat management system of an electric vehicle, which comprises a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger, and is characterized in that the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger are connected through a connecting plate, the first heat exchanger is fixedly mounted on the upper end surface of the connecting plate, and the second heat exchanger is fixedly mounted on the lower end surface of the connecting plate; the connecting plate is provided with a vertically-through communicating opening, and the communicating opening corresponds to a cooling liquid outlet of the first heat exchanger and a cooling liquid inlet of the second heat exchanger in position. A mounting valve seat for mounting an expansion valve is integrally arranged on the first heat exchanger and is provided with a first inlet and a first outlet, the first inlet is correspondingly communicated with a refrigerant inlet of the first heat exchanger, the first outlet is correspondingly communicated with a refrigerant outlet of the first heat exchanger, and a mounting opening for mounting the expansion valve is formed in the mounting valve seat; and a channel for communicating the mounting port with the first inlet and the first outlet is formed in the mounting valve seat. The device has the advantages of simple structure and high integration level.
