The road sensing equipment comprises a camera, a laser radar, a thunder-vision all-in-one machine and a millimeter wave radar, and the road sensing equipment senses road information and outputs original data or structured data; the cloud platform comprises an edge platform of an edge computing device located near the roadside device and also comprises a center platform deployed in the data center server, the cloud platform is regarded as a whole without being distinguished in a unified mode, and the cloud platform has the functions of data preprocessing, artificial intelligence algorithm and data publishing; the data preprocessing is in data connection with the artificial intelligence algorithm, and the artificial intelligence algorithm is in data connection with the data release. Different from a traditional traffic event identification mode, the method introduces an artificial intelligence algorithm to be applied to flow and traffic event analysis, greatly improves the accuracy and precision of wide-area flow and traffic event information, and expands the application range of traffic events. Meanwhile, through data preprocessing, the computing power consumption of an artificial intelligence algorithm is greatly reduced, and large-scale popularization of the method becomes possible; and data benefits are utilized to the maximum extent through grading release.
