A semi-direct-drive hoisting mechanism comprises a permanent magnet motor, a brake, a winding drum, a bearing seat, a sensor and a control system, and is characterized in that one end of the winding drum is fixed on the bearing seat, a low-speed end speed reducer is mounted on the inner side of the other end of the winding drum, and the low-speed end speed reducer is connected with a high-speed end speed reducer; the permanent magnet motor is arranged on the high-speed end speed reducer and is connected with the high-speed end speed reducer; the brake is integrally connected with the permanent magnet motor and fixed at the tail end of the permanent magnet motor. The control system controls the permanent magnet motor to directly output a low rotating speed through the high-speed end speed reducer and the low-speed end speed reducer, and after the torque is increased, the winding drum is driven to rotate to achieve the purpose of lifting heavy objects. The invention has the characteristics of light weight, small volume, stable operation, high transmission efficiency and the like.
