The invention discloses a hoisting system for a fabricated building. The hoisting system comprises a hoisting mechanical arm, and the tail end of a hoisting rope of the hoisting mechanical arm is connected with a hoisting tool in a suspended mode; the lifting appliance comprises a hanging rope connecting ring, four hanging steel wire ropes are fixedly connected to the lower side of the hanging rope connecting ring in a circumferential array distribution mode, and the tail end of each hanging steel wire rope is connected with a lifting hook unit. The prefabricated plate to be hoisted is further included, four sets of prefabricated hoisting ring units are fixed to the inner sides of four assembly holes in the four top corners of the prefabricated plate correspondingly, the four sets of prefabricated hoisting ring units are locked to the four hoisting hook units correspondingly, and therefore hoisting of the prefabricated plate is achieved; the special lifting appliance can still control the lifted precast slab to descend more controllably under the condition that the height of the special lifting appliance is locked.

    本发明公开了一种装配式建筑的吊装系统,包括吊装机械臂,吊装机械臂的吊绳末端悬挂连接有吊具;吊具包括悬挂绳连接环,挂绳连接环的下侧呈圆周阵列分布固定连接有四根悬挂钢丝绳,各悬挂钢丝绳的末端均连接有吊钩单元;还包括被吊装的预制板,预制板四顶角处的四个装配孔的内侧分别固定有四组预制吊环单元,四组预制吊环单元分别锁扣在四个吊钩单元上,从而实现对预制板的吊装;这种专门的吊具在自身高度被锁定的情况下仍然可以控制所吊装的预制板更加可控的下降。
