The invention provides a full-automatic flaw detection vehicle data acquisition and mileage real-time accurate positioning system. Comprising a flaw detection vehicle mileage data acquisition module, a broken chain table management module, a speed compensation value management module, a track mileage standardization module, a capacitance data acquisition module, a parameter configuration module, a task management module, a data intelligent processing module and a flaw detection system data interface module, and the composition structure is shown in the figure 3. Through the arrangement and interaction of the modules, the flaw detection car overcomes many defects in the prior art and systems, the island phenomenon that all the systems are independent of one another is broken through, and a brand-new, integrated, intelligent, efficient, flexible and full-automatic flaw detection car data acquisition and mileage real-time accurate positioning system is provided. The method is convenient for unified management, easy to use and flexible to operate, not only saves manpower, but also enables data to be standardized more importantly, and lays a foundation for later data analysis.

    本发明提供一种全自动的探伤车数据采集与里程实时精准定位系统,包括探伤车里程数据采集模块、断链表管理模块、速度补偿值管理模块、轨道里程标准化模块、电容数据采集模块、参数配置模块、任务管理模块、数据智能处理模块和与探伤系统数据接口模块,其组成结构详见附图3;通过上述模块的设置及其相互作用,使得探伤车克服现有技术和系统中的诸多不足,打破各系统各自为政的孤岛现象,提供一种全新的,一体化的、智能的、高效的、灵活的和全自动的探伤车数据采集与里程实时精准定位系统。本发明方便统一管理、易于使用,且操作灵活,不仅节省人力,更重要的是使得数据标准化,为以后的数据分析打下基础。
