The invention discloses a gear switching method and system based on a hybrid power system. The method comprises the steps that a whole vehicle hybrid power control unit sets a threshold value parameter of the battery charge state of a battery charge state module; the threshold value parameters at least comprise a starting threshold value SOCEngSt, a stopping threshold value SOCEngStp, a reverse gear lower limit value SOClowR and a minimum threshold value SOClow; wherein SOCEngStpgt is used as a template; sOCEngStgt, SOCEngStgt; sOClowRgt, SOClowRgt; an SOClog; the hybrid control unit controls the start-stop management module to control an engine to start to request setting if the state of charge of a battery is smaller than a start threshold value when the vehicle is in a forward gear; if the state of charge of the battery is greater than the shutdown threshold value, controlling an engine to start and request to reset; and when the vehicle is changed from the reverse gear to the non-reverse gear, if the forward gear vehicle speed is greater than a vehicle speed threshold value or the non-reverse gear vehicle speed is greater than a time threshold value, the hybrid control unit controls an engine to start to request setting. The invention provides a gear shifting method based on a hybrid power system. The gear shifting safety and reliability of the hybrid power system are improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于混合动力系统的挡位切换方法及系统,该方法包括:整车混动控制单元设置电池电荷状态模块的电池电荷状态的门限值参数;门限值参数至少包括起机门限值SOCEngSt、停机门限值SOCEngStp、倒挡下限值SOClowR和最低门限值SOClow;其中,SOCEngStp>SOCEngSt>SOClowR>SOClow;混动控制单元控制起停管理模块在车辆处于前进挡时,若电池电荷状态小于起机门限值,则控制发动机起机请求置位;若电池电荷状态大于停机门限值,则控制发动机起机请求复位;混动控制单元控制起停管理模块在车辆由倒挡变为非倒挡时,若前进挡车速大于车速阈值或者非倒挡大于时间阈值,则控制发动机起机请求置位。本发明提供了一种基于混合动力系统的挡位切换方法,以提高混合动力系统的换挡的安全可靠性。
