The invention discloses an optimal control method for a driving system of a pure electric vehicle under different working conditions, which comprises the following steps of: analyzing the characteristics and layout of key parts of a power system, establishing mechanical models of the electric vehicle under different driving working conditions, and reasonably matching parameters such as a driving motor, a power storage battery pack and a total transmission ratio by combining performance indexes; in order to solve the problems of acceleration power and maximum driving range of the electric vehicle, acceleration torque compensation, vehicle speed regulation and control and maximum regenerative braking force distribution are optimized under three running states of normal driving acceleration, energy limitation and braking energy recovery. The defects that a pure electric vehicle is short in driving range, poor in power performance and the like are overcome, and the whole vehicle performance is improved by conducting optimization processing on electric vehicle power system matching and an operation optimization technology, including improvement of driving experience and driving safety performance, improvement of vehicle power and endurance performance and the like.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动汽车在不同工况下驱动系统优化控制方法,对动力系统关键部件特性与布局进行分析,建立了电动汽车在不同行驶工况下的力学模型,结合性能指标,对驱动电机、动力蓄电池组、总传动比等参数进行了合理匹配;围绕电动汽车提速动力及最大续驶里程问题,在正常行车加速、能量限制以及制动回能三种运行状态下,优化了加速转矩补偿,车速调控,最大再生制动力分配。弥补基于纯电动汽车续驶里程短、动力性能较弱等缺点,通过对电动汽车动力系统匹配以及运行优化技术进行优化处理来提升整车性能,包括改善驾驶体验和行车安全性能,提升车辆动力、续航性能等。
