The invention discloses a refrigerant direct-cooling and direct-heating type electric vehicle heat pump heat management system, and relates to the technical field of automobile manufacturing, the refrigerant direct-cooling and direct-heating type electric vehicle heat pump heat management system comprises a refrigerant loop and a cooling liquid loop, and the refrigerant loop comprises an evaporative condenser, a gas-liquid separator and an electric compressor which are connected in series; the evaporator, the in-vehicle condenser and the refrigerant direct-cooling and direct-heating type battery cold plate are arranged between the electric compressor and the evaporative condenser through pipelines, each pipeline is provided with a valve used for opening and closing, and a motor waste heat recovery heat exchanger is arranged between the evaporator and the gas-liquid separator; the cooling liquid loop comprises a low-temperature radiator, an electric water pump and a driving motor which are connected in series, and the motor waste heat recovery heat exchanger, the low-temperature radiator and the driving motor are connected through a three-way water valve. The air source, motor waste heat recovery and battery waste heat can be fully utilized for heating the passenger compartment and the battery, heat management energy consumption is reduced, and the endurance mileage of the electric automobile in winter is increased.

    本发明公开了一种冷媒直冷直热式电动车热泵热管理系统,涉及汽车制造技术领域,包括制冷剂回路和冷却液回路,所述制冷剂回路包括串联设置的蒸发冷凝器、气液分离器和电动压缩机,以及通过管路设置在电动压缩机和蒸发冷凝器之间的蒸发器、车内冷凝器、冷媒直冷直热式电池冷板,且每条管路上均设有用于开关的阀门,所述蒸发器和气液分离器之间设有电机余热回收换热器;所述冷却液回路包括串联设置的低温散热器、电动水泵和驱动电机,且电机余热回收换热器、低温散热器和驱动电机间通过三通水阀相连。本发明能够充分利用空气源、电机余热回收和电池余热用于乘员舱及电池制热,降低热管理能耗,提升电动汽车冬季续航里程。
