The invention provides a processing technology of a non-woven fabric composite material for an automotive trim, which comprises the following steps of: uniformly spreading thermoplastic resin powder particles prepared by polymerizing ethylene on a non-woven fabric composite material bottom layer for the automotive trim through a film powder spreading compound machine; the biomass-based composite material is prepared; the bottom layer of the non-woven fabric composite material for the automotive trim, on which thermoplastic resin powder particles prepared by ethylene through polymerization are scattered, enters a drying room; according to the processing technology of the non-woven fabric composite material for the automotive trim, thermoplastic resin powder particles prepared by polymerizing ethylene are uniformly scattered on a non-woven fabric composite material bottom layer for the automotive trim through a film powder scattering compound machine, so that a biomass-based composite material is prepared; the corrosion resistance of the non-woven fabric composite material can be obviously improved.

    本发明提供有一种汽车内饰用无纺布复合材料的加工工艺,该加工工艺包括以下步骤:将汽车内饰用无纺布复合材料底层通过薄膜撒粉复合机,在汽车内饰用无纺布复合材料底层上均匀撒上乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂粉末颗粒,制得生物质基复合材料;撒上乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂粉末颗粒的汽车内饰用无纺布复合材料底层进入烘房;该汽车内饰用无纺布复合材料的加工工艺,利用汽车内饰用无纺布复合材料底层通过薄膜撒粉复合机,在汽车内饰用无纺布复合材料底层上均匀撒上乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂粉末颗粒,制得生物质基复合材料,可以使得无纺布复合材料的防腐蚀性显著提升。
