The invention discloses an unattended self-fault monitoring system. The problem that in the prior art, due to the fact that an electronic truck scale is excessively depended on goods quality detection, human activities are neglected to be monitored, and consequently goods numerical value errors or potential safety hazards are caused is solved. The electronic license plate automatic identification technology is matched with the ceramic label to prevent the license plate from being replaced during weighing; a vehicle control system is used for positioning the vehicle position to prevent the vehicle from getting on the scale incompletely; a video monitoring system is used for monitoring and recording the whole weighing process, and monitoring behaviors such as empty vehicle mounting and the like; a self-service man-machine interaction system is used for automatically printing a weighing receipt, displaying weighing information and realizing real-time communication between a worker and a driver.
