The invention provides an air suspension structure and an automobile. The air suspension structure comprises a first mounting seat, a bag skin, an inner core, a piston, a second mounting seat, an air passage and a damping hole, one end of the bag skin is connected with the first mounting seat, and the other end is connected with the second mounting seat; a piston hole is formed in the second mounting seat, the air channel is formed in the outer side of the piston hole, and the damping hole is formed in the side wall between the piston hole and the air channel; after the inner core is connected with the piston, the inner core is installed on the first installation base, and the piston is arranged in the piston hole and located below the damping hole. Air is conveyed into the air suspension through the air channel, the piston moves upwards, air in the compressed inner air cavity enters the outer air cavity through the damping hole to generate certain air damping, and air in the compressed outer air cavity enters the inner air cavity through the damping hole to generate certain air damping when the piston moves downwards. Air in the closed space is utilized to generate air damping through the damping holes to achieve the vibration attenuation effect, the suspension structure is simplified, and the vibration attenuation requirement can be met.

    本发明提出了一种空气悬置结构及汽车,空气悬置结构包括第一安装座、囊皮、内芯、活塞、第二安装座、气道和阻尼孔;所述囊皮的一端与第一安装座连接,另一端与第二安装座连接;所述第二安装座上开设有活塞孔,气道开设在活塞孔外侧,阻尼孔开设在活塞孔与气道之间的侧壁上;所述内芯与活塞连接后,将内芯安装在第一安装座上,活塞置于活塞孔中并位于阻尼孔的下方。空气通过气道输送至空气悬置内部,活塞向上运动,压缩内气腔空气通过阻尼孔到外气腔产生一定的空气阻尼,活塞向下运动,压缩外气腔空气通过阻尼孔到内气腔产生一定的空气阻尼。利用密闭空间的空气通过阻尼孔产生空气阻尼实现衰减振动作用,简化悬置结构,能够满足衰减振动需求。
