The organic Rankine cycle system comprises a heat source, a high-pressure evaporator and a low-pressure evaporator, the high-pressure evaporator and the low-pressure evaporator are sequentially arranged at the output end of the heat source, the high-pressure evaporator is connected into a high-pressure regenerative ORC loop, and the low-pressure evaporator is connected into a low-pressure ORC loop; the critical temperature of the high temperature and the low temperature is about 420 K, and the two subsystems use different working media to conduct cascade recovery on waste heat of a marine main engine. A heat regenerator is arranged in the high-pressure ORC system, high-temperature working medium steam at an outlet of an expansion machine is used for conducting heat exchange on a liquid working medium which is about to enter an evaporator, so that the load of a heat exchanger is reduced, and heat energy is better utilized. The low-pressure ORC system is not provided with a heat regenerator, the low-temperature expansion machine converts internal energy of a working medium into mechanical energy, and secondary recovery of a high-temperature heat source is achieved. Waste gas waste heat generated by the ship main engine can be effectively recycled, waste heat is fully utilized, and the energy utilization rate of a ship is increased.

    本发明公开一种回收船舶烟气余热的有机朗肯循环系统,其包括热源以及依次设置在于热源输出端的高压蒸发器和低压蒸发器,高压蒸发器接入高压回热式ORC回路,低压蒸发器接入低压ORC回路;高低温的临界温度在420K左右,两个子系统使用不同的工质对船舶主机的废热进行梯级回收。高压ORC系统中设有回热器,利用膨胀机出口的高温工质蒸汽对即将进入蒸发器的液态工质进行换热,以减轻换热器的负荷,更好的利用热能。低压ORC系统不设回热器,低温膨胀机将工质的内能转化为机械能,实现高温热源的二次回收。本发明能够有效回收船舶主机所产生的废气余热,实现余热的充分利用,提高船舶的能源利用率。
