The invention discloses river-crossing cable hoisting equipment and a hoisting construction method, double-fulcrum single-cable lifting type cableways are erected on the two sides of a river bank, the span of the cableways is 500 m or above, the height difference is 200 m or above, and the hoisting construction method comprises the following steps that (1) construction channels on the two sides of the river bank are cleaned; (2) ground anchors are buried; 3) mounting a portal frame; 4) erecting a carrier cable; comprising the steps of erecting a load-bearing main rope and erecting a main load-bearing rope guide; 5) installing a traction system; and (6) installing a lifting hopper. By the adoption of the construction method, normal erection construction operation of the cable on a large-span and large-height-difference river can be achieved, the construction period is short, and the engineering construction quality can be effectively guaranteed; the safety of the cable lifting equipment in the erecting process is guaranteed, meanwhile, the reliability of the cable lifting equipment in the operation process is guaranteed, and the cable lifting equipment can be widely applied to construction of large-span and large-height-difference cable lifting equipment under the conditions that the operation space is small and construction conditions are not met.

    本发明公开了一种跨河缆索起吊设备及起吊施工方法,在河岸两侧架设双支点单索提升式索道,索道跨度在500m以上,高差在200m以上,包括以下步骤:1)清理河岸两侧的施工通道;2)埋设地锚;3)安装龙门架;4)架设承力索;包括架设承力主绳和主承重绳引渡架设的步骤;5)安装牵引系统;6)安装提料斗。采用该施工方法能够实现在大跨度、大高度差河流上缆索的正常架设施工操作,施工工期短,并能够有效保证工程施工质量;保证缆索起吊设备在架设过程中的安全性,同时保证缆索起吊设备在运行过程中的可靠性,可广泛适用于在作业空间小、不具备施工条件的情况下,对大跨度、大高度差缆索起吊设备的施工。
