The invention discloses an elevator on-demand maintenance system and method. The elevator on-demand maintenance system comprises a maintenance judgment module, a maintenance notification module and a control module. And the maintenance judgment module comprises a weight analysis unit and an elevator rating unit. The control module is used for controlling the maintenance of the maintained elevator according to the unqualified condition of each maintenance item in the maintenance process, the weight of different maintenance item categories, the penalty coefficient corresponding to each maintenance item in the category which has the greatest influence on the use and safety of the elevator and the initial maintenance time interval of the maintained elevator after the maintained elevator is maintained every time; and the time interval of next maintenance of the maintained elevator is judged. And the maintenance notification module is used for sending a maintenance time notification according to the maintenance time interval provided by the control module. According to the method, specific analysis is conducted on different elevators, high universality is achieved, different piecewise functions are adopted for determining the maintenance strategies of the elevators according to different initial maintenance time of the elevators, and the maintenance strategies of the elevators are more reasonable.

    本发明公开了一种电梯按需维保系统及方法。该电梯按需维保系统包括维保判断模块、维保通知模块和控制模块。维保判断模块包括权重分析单元和电梯评级单元。控制模块用于在被维保电梯每次经过维保后,根据维保过程中各维保项目的不合格情况、不同维保项目类别的权重、对电梯使用及安全影响最大的类别中各个维保项目对应的惩罚系数,以及被维保电梯的初始维保时间间隔,判断被维保电梯下一次维保的时间间隔。维保通知模块用于根据控制模块提供的维保时间间隔,发出维保时间的通知。本发明对不同电梯进行具体分析,具备了较强的普适性,并针对电梯不同的初始维保时间,采用了不同的分段函数来确定电梯的维保策略,使得电梯的维保策略更加的合理。
