The invention provides a device and method for monitoring the working state of a coupler buffer device of a locomotive and the locomotive, and the device comprises an induction patch which is arranged on the coupler buffer device; the photoelectric range finder is arranged on the locomotive body of the locomotive, and the photoelectric range finder is configured to obtain the position of the induction patch; when the locomotive is in a static state, the photoelectric range finder outputs standard position information of the sensing patch; when the locomotive is in a running state, the photoelectric range finder outputs dynamic position information of the sensing patch; the data processing module is arranged on the locomotive, the data processing module is connected with the photoelectric range finder, and the data processing module is configured to obtain the standard position information and the dynamic position information and output displacement information of the sensing patch according to the standard position information and the dynamic position information; the data processing module is further configured to compare the displacement information with preset standard displacement information, and when a monitoring numerical value in the displacement information is larger than a standard numerical value of the standard displacement information, it is judged that the hook buffer device is in an abnormal state.

    本发明提供了一种机车的钩缓装置工作状态监测装置、监测方法与机车,该监测装置包括:感应贴片,设于钩缓装置上;光电测距仪,设于机车的车体上,光电测距仪被配置为获取感应贴片的位置;当机车处于静止状态时,光电测距仪输出感应贴片的标准位置信息;当机车处于运行状态时,光电测距仪输出感应贴片的动态位置信息;数据处理模块,设于机车上,数据处理模块与光电测距仪连接,数据处理模块被配置为获取标准位置信息与动态位置信息,并根据标准位置信息与动态位置信息输出感应贴片的位移信息;数据处理模块还被配置为将位移信息与预设的标准位移信息进行对比,当位移信息中的监测数值大于标准位移信息的标准数值时,则判断钩缓装置处于异常状态。
