The invention relates to an automatic sensing braking system and method for a rodless tractor. According to the automatic sensing braking system of the rodless tractor, the pressure sensors installed on the front baffle and the rear baffle of the lifting clamping mechanism are used for detecting the acting force between wheels of a nose landing gear of an airplane and the rodless tractor, the control module receives and analyzes the magnitude and the change condition of the acting force, the braking action of the airplane is judged, and then braking of the airplane is achieved through wheel brakes. The tractor wheels are driven to brake, and the tractor follows the airplane to brake. By means of the system, an aircraft driver can operate braking of an aircraft and a tractor at the same time, the braking action of a ground traction system is completed, and therefore the braking efficiency and braking safety of ground traction are improved.

    本发明涉及一种无杆牵引车自动感知制动系统及方法。本发明的无杆牵引车自动感知制动系统通过升举夹持机构前后挡板上安装的压力传感器来检测飞机前起落架机轮与无杆牵引车之间的作用力,通过控制模块接收分析作用力的大小和变化情况,判断飞机制动动作,进而通过车轮制动器,驱动牵引车机轮制动,完成牵引车跟随飞机制动。本发明系统可以实现飞机驾驶员同时操作飞机和牵引车制动,完成地面牵引系统的制动动作,从而提高地面牵引的制动效率与制动安全性。
