The invention discloses a pure-electric-mode clutch-free gear shifting method for a heavy-load hybrid commercial vehicle, which combines the characteristics of the heavy-load commercial vehicle to improve the existing pure-electric-mode gear shifting strategy. On the premise that drivability is not affected, when a gear shifting executing mechanism of the gearbox is controlled and a motor is used for speed regulation, a clutch is not disengaged, and null operation is directly carried out on the gearbox; and after the gearbox is at the target gear, the motor torque is recovered, the torque is the torque required by a driver, and the operation of clutch engagement is omitted. Compared with actual measurement data, the gear shifting time of the gear shifting method provided by the invention is greatly shortened compared with that before improvement. In addition, a clutch is not used in the gear shifting process, so that the service life of the clutch is prolonged, and the drivability and the reliability of the whole vehicle are improved to a certain extent.

    本发明公开了一种重载混动商用车的纯电模式无离合器的换档方法,结合重载商用车的特点,对现有的纯电模式换档策略进行改进;在不影响驾驶性的前提下,控制变速箱换档执行机构和使用电机进行调速时,不脱开离合器,直接对变速箱进行摘空操作;变速箱在目标挡位后,恢复电机扭矩,扭矩大小为驾驶员需求的扭矩,省略了离合器接合的操作。通过与实测数据对比,采用本发明所提出的换档方法其换档时间较改进前大幅度减少。另外由于在换档过程中未使用离合器,这对于离合器的寿命有提升作用,对于整车的驾驶性与可靠性有一定程度的提高。
