    本发明公开了一种汽车油电混合的动力装置,涉及汽车油电混合动力结构领域,包括传动轴、电池包和控制器,所述传动轴的中部设置有减速器,所述减速器侧面连接有多组电动机,电动机的输出端与减速器内的传动轴之间设置有相互啮合的齿轮,控制器与电池包之间连接有电量监控组件,所述控制器内编入有根据电池包内电量控制电动机工作状态的程序,控制器通过信号线连接有两段式制动踏板,两段式制动踏板为机械式制动踏板的踏板组件,但在踩踏面设置有压力传感器。本发明通过在传统的油电混合动力装置的控制器上外接两段式制动踏板,在制动时合理的回收车辆动能转换为电能为电池包充电,通过电压测量仪时刻监控电池包的电量,降低了事故发生的可能。
