The invention discloses a controllable short-circuit self-locking circuit applied to a vehicle controller, which comprises a driving circuit and a feedback protection circuit, and is characterized in that the driving circuit is connected with a load; the circuit also comprises a control circuit, and the control circuit is provided with an input level control end. When the input of the input level control end is a high level, the drive circuit drives the load; when the load has a short-circuit fault, the driving circuit stops driving the load; and when the short-circuit fault of the load is removed, the input of the input level control end is low-level narrow pulse, and the driving circuit recovers to drive the load. On the premise that the load short-circuit protection function of a circuit in the prior art is kept, the controllability of the circuit driving state is achieved, the circuit can be applied to a driving output port circuit of a controller, and the reliability and safety of controller hardware are improved.

    本发明公开了一种应用于车辆控制器的可控的短路自锁电路,包括驱动电路和反馈保护电路,所述驱动电路连接负载;还包括控制电路,且所述控制电路设置有输入电平控制端;当所述输入电平控制端的输入为高电平时,所述驱动电路驱动所述负载;当所述负载发生短路故障时,所述驱动电路停止驱动所述负载;当所述负载的短路故障解除后,令所述输入电平控制端的输入为低电平窄脉冲,则所述驱动电路恢复驱动所述负载。本发明在保有现有技术中电路的负载短路保护功能的前提下,实现电路驱动状态的可操控性,能够应用于控制器的驱动输出端口电路,提高控制器硬件的可靠性和安全性。
