The invention discloses an ABS-based tire pressure calculation method, which is used for a direct TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) radio frequency signal loss working condition, and comprises the following steps: selecting a certain tire, enabling a vehicle to move for a specified distance on a specified road section in a standard tire pressure state of the tire, and calibrating a first ABS count of a wheel where the tire is located; enabling the tire to be in a low-pressure state, enabling the vehicle to move for the same specified distance in the low-pressure state of the tire, and calibrating a second ABS count of the wheel where the tire is located; and obtaining a tire pressure calibration coefficient according to the tire pressure change value and the ABS count. And judging whether each tire is subjected to radio-frequency signal loss or not, and if the radio-frequency signal loss occurs, calculating the tire pressure of the tire subjected to the radio-frequency signal loss based on the tire pressure calibration coefficient and the ABS count. According to the invention, false alarm or wrong alarm caused by various problems such as TPMS wireless signal loss, wireless signal interference, data sampling abnormity and the like can be effectively solved, and the reliability and the safety of the TPMS system are greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种基于ABS的轮胎胎压计算方法,其用于直接式TPMS射频信号丢失工况,包括:选定某一个轮胎,使车辆在该轮胎的标准胎压状态下在指定路段上运动指定距离,标定该轮胎所在车轮的第一ABS计数;使上述轮胎处于低压状态,使车辆在该轮胎的低压状态下运动相同指定距离标定该轮胎所在车轮的第二ABS计数;根据胎压变化值与ABS计数获得轮胎胎压标定系数。判断各轮胎是否发生射频信号丢失,若发生射频信号丢失则基于轮胎胎压标定系数和ABS计数计算发生射频信号丢失轮胎的胎压。本发明能有效解决TPMS无线信号丢失、无线信号干扰、数据采样异常等各种问题造成的误报或错报,极大提升TPMS系统的可靠性和安全性。
