The two vortex reeds are installed between the rotating cover and the rotating shaft, and the four supporting legs are connected with the rotating cover through a plurality of connecting rods, so that the rotating cover rotates clockwise to enable the four supporting legs to rotate in a closed mode, and the four wheels clamp two high-voltage lines on the upper side. The two cameras are installed at the front end and the rear end of the lower side of the rack respectively, each camera is integrated with a rotatable high-definition visual camera and a rotatable high-definition infrared camera, routing inspection of a line can be completed in the day and at night, supplementary routing inspection can be conducted in a flight mode for the hanging point position of the high-voltage line, and the maintenance cost is reduced. Therefore, barrier-free inspection of the whole high-voltage line can be realized.

    本发明公开基于双旋翼无人机的高压线巡线机器人,两个旋翼安装于机架两侧并能够改变升力方向,四个支腿安装于机架两侧并能摆动,每个支腿下端均安装有一个轮和电机,转盖转动安装于机架上侧,旋转轴安装于转盖的中心内部,两个涡旋簧片安装于转盖和旋转轴之间,四个支腿通过多个连杆与转盖连接,从而转盖顺时针转动可使四个支腿进行闭合转动,并使四个轮夹紧上侧的两根高压线;两个摄像头分别安装于机架下侧的前后两端,每个摄像头上均集成有可转动的高清视觉摄像头和高清红外摄像头,无论白天和黑夜均可完成对线路的巡检,针对高压线的吊点位置,可采用飞行模式进行补充巡检,从而可对高压线实现全线路无阻碍巡检。
