The method comprises the steps that the real-time position of an operator and running information and position information of a train are obtained; determining a protection area based on the real-time position and/or the operation information; based on the real-time position and the position information, the relative distance between the train and the operator is determined; based on the relative distance, whether the train enters the protection area or not is judged; and under the condition that the train enters the protection area, early warning information is sent.
