The invention discloses a pre-undervoltage power control strategy and a pre-undervoltage power control system for a power battery system. The pre-undervoltage power control strategy comprises the following steps: acquiring a current temperature value of a power battery pack; acquiring the current SOC value of the power battery pack; obtaining all monomer voltage values in the power battery pack, and judging the minimum monomer voltage value of the power battery pack; obtaining the current allowable discharge power of the power battery pack according to the current temperature value and the SOC value; judging whether the minimum monomer voltage value is smaller than a preset pre-under-voltage threshold value or not, and judging whether the duration of the minimum monomer voltage value reaches preset under-voltage protection time or not; and when the minimum monomer voltage value is smaller than the pre-under-voltage threshold value and the duration of the minimum monomer voltage value reaches the under-voltage protection time, reducing the allowable discharge power. The invention aims to enable the allowable discharge power of the power battery pack to be in smooth transition and reduce the risk of over-discharge failure triggered by the minimum monomer voltage value, thereby reducing the risk of power loss during driving.

    本发明公开了一种动力电池系统预欠压功率控制策略及控制系统,所述控制策略包括:获取动力电池组当前的温度值;获取动力电池组当前的SOC值;获取动力电池组中所有单体电压值,并判断出动力电池组的最小单体电压值;根据当前的温度值和所述SOC值,得出动力电池组当前的允许放电功率;判断最小单体电压值是否小于预设的预欠压阈值,判断最小单体电压值的持续时间是否达到预设的欠压保护时间;当最小单体电压值小于预欠压阈值,且最小单体电压值的持续时间达到欠压保护时间,则:降低所述允许放电功率。其目的是:使动力电池组的允许放电功率平稳过渡,降低最小单体电压值触发过放失效的风险,从而降低行驶中出现动力丢失的风险。
