The invention relates to a heat insulation structure of an air conditioner pipeline and a vehicle. The heat insulation structure of the air conditioner pipeline comprises a heat insulation pad located among the air conditioner pipeline, an expansion valve and an engine exhaust system, and the heat insulation pad and the air conditioner pipeline are fixed together through a pipe clamp. The invention further provides a vehicle which comprises the heat insulation structure of the air conditioner pipeline. Aiming at a compact cabin, simultaneous heat insulation of an air conditioner pipeline and an expansion valve is effectively realized.
