The invention relates to the technical field of glass surface modification, and discloses a hydrophobic glass substrate as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out laser treatment on the surface of a glass substrate to obtain a glass substrate I with a plurality of columnar structures; the height-diameter ratio of the columnar structures is 1: (1-3), and the distance between every two adjacent columnar structures is 80-120 microns; (2) soaking the glass substrate I in an ethanol solution containing 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-heptadecafluorodecyl triethoxy silane to obtain a glass substrate II, and carrying out first drying treatment on the glass substrate II; and in the ethanol solution, the concentration of the 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-heptadecafluorodecyl triethoxy silane is 0.1 to 3 volume percent. The glass substrate prepared by the method provided by the invention has enhanced hydrophobicity, the contact angle is greater than 150 degrees, and the self-cleaning antifouling performance of the glass surface can be realized.
本发明涉及玻璃表面改性技术领域,公开了一种疏水玻璃基材及其制备方法和应用。该方法包括:(1)将玻璃基材的表面进行激光处理,以得到形成有多个柱状结构的玻璃基材I;柱状结构的高径比为1:1‑3,且相邻柱状结构的间距为80μm‑120μm;(2)将玻璃基材I浸泡于含有1H,1H,2H,2H‑十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷的乙醇溶液中,得到玻璃基材II,并将玻璃基材II进行第一干燥处理;在乙醇溶液中,1H,1H,2H,2H‑十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷的浓度为0.1‑3体积%。采用本发明提供的方法制备得到的玻璃基材疏水性能增强,接触角大于150°,并且还能够实现玻璃表面的自清洁防污性能。
