According to the double-generator operation system of the fuel vehicle and the control method of the double-generator operation system, a set of generator system is newly added on the basis of original single-generator power supply for vehicle types with large power consumption requirements, and the generator system is used for supporting the power consumption requirements of extra refitted loads configured on the vehicle. A VCU (vehicle control unit), a DCDC (direct current charging) module and a 48V generator BSG which are used by a new energy vehicle are added, after the generator set is newly added, the VCU controls the DCDC module and the 48V generator BSG to be awakened, supplementary charging of an upper battery pack is achieved, the state of a power generation system is forwarded to a combination instrument IC through a central gateway GW, and the state of the power generation system is forwarded to the combination instrument IC through the central gateway GW. And relevant display is performed to remind a driver of the current power generation system state. According to the control method, when conventional electric energy is insufficient, other modes can be called to improve the electric energy requirement of the vehicle, meanwhile, after the direct current charging module DCDC works in advance, the overlarge instantaneous current generated when the 48V generator BSG generates power can be lowered, and it is ensured that the output current is stable when the whole vehicle is powered on.

    本发明提供了一种燃油车双发电机运行系统及其控制方法,针对用电需求较大的车型,在原有单发电机供电基础上,新增一套发电机系统,用于支撑在车辆配置额外改装负荷的用电需求,相比于常规燃油车型,增加了新能源车使用的整车控制器VCU、预先直流充电模块DCDC,以及48V发电机BSG,新增此发电机组后,由整车控制器VCU控制预充DCDC及48V发电机BSG唤醒,实现对上装电池组的补充充电,并将此发电系统状态通过中央网关GW转发至组合仪表IC,进行相关显示提醒驾驶员当前此发电系统状态。该控制方法可在常规电能获取不足时,调用其他方式完善车辆电能需求,同时预先直流充电模块DCDC工作后可拉低48V发电机BSG发电时过大的瞬时电流,确保整车上电时输出电流的稳定。
