The invention discloses a safety fault identification method and device, a storage medium and a battery management system.The safety fault identification method in the charging process of an electric vehicle comprises the steps that in the gun inserting type direct current charging process of the electric vehicle, the direct current charging port voltage and the direct current charging port current are monitored; the current charging stage of the electric vehicle is determined, and the direct current charging port voltage or the direct current charging port current is judged according to the current charging stage of the electric vehicle; and recording safety fault information when determining that the electric vehicle has a safety fault in the gun insertion type direct current charging process according to a judgment result. Therefore, according to the safety fault identification method, the fault identification capability of the vehicle in the charging process can be improved, meanwhile, safety fault information can be recorded, faults can be found in time, the maintenance cost is reduced, and meanwhile the operation safety risk of charging operators is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种安全故障识别方法与装置、存储介质、电池管理系统,其中,电动车辆充电过程中的安全故障识别方法包括:在电动车辆插枪式直流充电过程中,监测直流充电口电压和直流充电口电流;确定电动车辆当前所处的充电阶段,并根据电动车辆当前所处的充电阶段对直流充电口电压或直流充电口电流进行判断;根据判断结果确定电动车辆在插枪式直流充电过程中存在安全故障时,记录安全故障信息。由此,该安全故障识别方法能够提高车辆在充电过程中的故障识别能力,同时能够记录安全故障信息,及时发现故障,降低维修成本,同时降低充电操作人员的作业安全风险。
