The invention provides an electrolyte for a lithium iron phosphate battery as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and the electrolyte comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 8-15% of lithium salt, 81-90% of solvent and 0.5-10% of additive, the additive comprises a combination of a vinyl ester compound and ethylene glycol; the combination of the vinyl ester compound and the ethylene glycol is selected as the additive, so that the obtained electrolyte has low viscosity, low melting point and high boiling point, the compatibility of an electrode interface and the electrolyte can be effectively improved, the stability of an SEI film is improved, and the electrochemical performance of the lithium iron phosphate battery is improved.

    本发明提供一种用于磷酸铁锂电池的电解液及其制备方法和应用,所述电解液按照质量百分比计,包括锂盐8~15%、溶剂81~90%和添加剂0.5~10%;且所述添加剂包括乙烯酯类化合物和乙二醇的组合;通过选择乙烯酯类化合物和乙二醇的组合作为添加剂,可以使得到的电解液具有低粘度、低熔点和高沸点,进而可以有效地改善电极界面与电解液的相容性,提高SEI膜的稳定性,从而提高磷酸铁锂电池的电化学性能。
