The invention discloses a novel vertical take-off and landing fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle aerodynamic layout which comprises a nose, a fuselage, a tail and wings in a single-wing layout, the fuselage comprises a fuselage front section, a fuselage middle section and a fuselage rear section, and the fuselage middle section comprises a center body on the upper half portion and a cabin on the lower half portion. The cross section of the center body shrinks towards the tail direction, so that the whole unmanned aerial vehicle is streamlined; an air inlet device, a ducted fan and an exhaust device are installed in the cabin, the two sides of the machine head are in smooth transition to the middle section of the machine body, a rear lip of the air inlet device is in smooth connection with the machine body to guide airflow to enter the air inlet device along the machine body, and the ducted fan is located below the center body and arranged in the flow direction of the machine body. During vertical take-off and landing, transition flight and high-speed level flight, airflow needed by the air-driven fan enters the air inlet device along the two sides of the fuselage in different modes, the ducted fan works in all flight states, proper thrust and lift force are provided for the unmanned aerial vehicle, and no redundant dead weight exists.
