The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle safety control, and particularly relates to a vehicle safety driving control method and device and a vehicle method. The method comprises the steps that navigation information and real-time position information of a vehicle are obtained; sending the navigation information and the real-time position information to a wireless charging control system; receiving foreign matter information, sent by the wireless charging control system, of the road section where the vehicle passes; and generating prompt information according to the foreign matter information, and sending the prompt information to a vehicle-mounted interaction module. According to a starting point and a destination of a vehicle-mounted map selected by a user, foreign matter and living matter detection is carried out on a road section where the user needs to travel at regular time; according to the foreign matter detection function and the living matter detection function of the transmitting coil controller assembly, the whole vehicle control device controls the vehicle to decelerate and avoid in advance; when the whole vehicle control device detects that the driver approaches the foreign matter and the living matter and does not decelerate, the whole vehicle control device cooperates with the braking system to actively decelerate; and the driving safety of the dynamic wireless charging vehicle is improved.

    本发明属于车辆安全控制技术领域,具体涉及一种车辆安全行驶控制方法、装置及车辆方法包括:获取导航信息及车辆的实时位置信息;将所述导航信息及所述实时位置信息发送至无线充电控制系统;接收所述无线充电控制系统发出的车辆途经路段的异物信息;根据所述异物信息生成提示信息,并发送至车载交互模块。本发明根据用户选择的车载地图起点和目的地,把用户需要行驶的路段定时进行异物和活物检测;根据发射线圈控制器总成的异物检测功能和活物检测功能,整车控制装置控制车辆提前减速避让;整车控制装置检测驾驶员接近异物和活物未进行减速行为时,整车控制装置协同制动系统主动减速;提高了动态无线充电车辆行驶的安全性。
