The invention relates to a differential-driven heavy-load AGV and a using method thereof.The differential-driven heavy-load AGV is provided with a vehicle body frame, a front driving mechanism and a rear driving mechanism are arranged on the vehicle body frame, guiding mechanisms are further arranged at the four corners of the vehicle body frame, the upper portion of the vehicle body frame is used for bearing heavy objects, and the vehicle body frame is formed by splicing and welding steel profiles; a safety contact edge is arranged along the edge of the periphery of the vehicle body frame; each of the front driving mechanism and the rear driving mechanism is provided with a driving fixing plate, a driving rotating shaft is downwards and movably arranged at the center of each driving fixing plate, the lower end of each driving rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a driving fixing seat in a closed manner, and a differential power mechanism is mounted on each driving fixing seat; the upper end of the driving rotating shaft is opened and is also provided with an annular disc; a rotating shaft seat is further arranged on one side of the upper surface of the driving fixing plate, and a lifting tilting rod is rotationally mounted on the rotating shaft seat; according to the AGV, the problem of low logistics heavy load transfer efficiency of a traditional factory is solved, and the equipment cost and the operation cost are reduced.

    本发明涉及一种差速驱动的重载式AGV及其使用方法,其具有车体框架,车体框架上设有前驱动机构和后驱动机构,车体框架的四角上还设置有导引机构,车体框架上面用于承载重物,车体框架是采用钢制型材拼装焊接制成,车体框架的四周边缘沿线设置有安全触边;前驱动机构和后驱动机构均具有驱动固定板,驱动固定板中心处朝下活动设置有一根驱动转轴,驱动转轴的下端封闭固定连接有一驱动固定座,驱动固定座上装有差速动力机构;驱动转轴的上端为开口形式,驱动转轴的上端还设有圆环盘;驱动固定板的上面一侧还设有一个转轴座,转轴座上转动装有一根提升翘杆;本发明的AGV解决了传统工厂物流重载转运效率低下的问题,降低了设备成本和运行成本问题。
