The invention relates to the technical field of small celestial body detection, in particular to a sample anti-escape device in a microgravity environment, which comprises a mechanical arm tail end execution assembly, a lofting container and a flexible door, and is characterized in that the mechanical arm tail end execution assembly is driven by a multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm to collect sample particles on the celestial body surface in the peripheral area of the lofting container; the sample particles are conveyed into a sample placing container; the flexible door is arranged at the opening end of the lofting container and is integrally formed with the lofting container; the sample containing container is used for containing sample particles with the diameter larger than or equal to 30 mm. As an important component of a small celestial body sample sealing subsystem, the small celestial body sample storage device is mainly responsible for storage and escape prevention work of samples collected by a mechanical arm, storage of celestial body sample particles with the diameter larger than or equal to 30 mm can be achieved, a flexible door is installed and fixed in a limited space, and opening and closing of the flexible door are achieved under the passive condition; sample particles in the lofting container are prevented from escaping.
