The invention relates to a device for improving the visualization of prompts in a motor vehicle and to a corresponding system, method and computer program. The touch-simulated head-up display is configured to place the information in direct contact with the ambient environment. In contrast to conventional head-up displays, these information appears as part of the surroundings. The object of the invention is the placement of an information container at a distance x in front of a vehicle, which becomes larger as a function of a decrease in distance x and is placed fixedly with respect to the surroundings, in order to produce the effect of a container positioned in reality. Due to the direct realistic reference, it is apparent that the container disappears when it reaches the location where it is positioned in the surrounding environment, that is, there is a clear communication of information disappearance and when it disappears. In contrast, the needs of the interaction may be communicated by the rest of the element. It is thus directly obvious that an operation is required to exit the pop-up window or thereby trigger an action.
