The invention provides a system and method for intelligently recognizing vehicle braking jitter, the system comprises a wheel speed sensor, an EPS (electric power steering) controller, an ESC (electric power steering) controller, a braking jitter recognition button and a braking jitter alarm, the existing ESC controller, the existing electric power steering controller and the wheel speed sensor of a vehicle are utilized, and the braking jitter recognition button is designed; a user can select or cancel the function, software logic updating is completely carried out through the ESC controller and the EPS controller, a vehicle chassis and other parts of a vehicle body do not need to be modified, and additional material cost and mold cost are not needed; according to the method for identifying the vehicle braking jitter, the vehicle braking jitter is identified in a targeted mode from the typical phenomenon generated by jitter, the identification result is fed back to a driver in time, and the driving safety is improved.
