The invention discloses a wind-solar complementary type emergency charging system dust removal device which comprises an air compression energy storage device and a dust removal device body. The air compression energy storage device comprises a road sign device, a vertical axis fan, an air compressor, an air storage tank, a pneumatic motor, a storage battery and a power generator. The road sign device is divided into a road sign and a road rod, the road sign is located above the road rod, and the vertical axis fan is installed in the middle of the road rod through a bearing to drive the large gear below the road rod. The input end of the step-up gear box is in gear connection with the pinion, the output end of the step-up gear box is connected with the air compressor, and the large gear drives the pinion through the synchronous belt so as to drive the step-up gear box to work.     本发明公开一种风光互补式应急充电系统除尘装置,包括空气压缩储能装置、除尘装置,空气压缩储能装置包括路标装置、垂直轴风机、空气压缩机、储气罐、气动马达、蓄电池、发电机;路标装置分为路标和路杆,路标位于路杆的上方,垂直轴风机通过轴承安装于路杆中间部分带动路杆下方的大齿轮;增速齿轮箱的输入端与小齿轮齿轮连接,增速齿轮箱输出端与空气压缩机相连,大齿轮通过同步带带动小齿轮进而带动增速齿轮箱进行工作。有效利用太阳能发电和风能发电,实现多能源互补,通过风能对压缩机做功,储存压缩空气,一方面发电,另一方面定期对太阳能板进行喷气除尘,通过空气压缩储能装置和清洗装置可以完成对太阳能电池板的定期清洗。
