The invention provides a differential protection control method and device and electronic equipment, and aims to solve the problems of sintering or abrasion and the like of a differential caused by vehicle running under the current differential working condition. The method comprises the steps that differential accumulated slip energy is obtained based on the differential of all stages between wheel ends of a vehicle in the running time and the current motor output torque; determining the maximum torque output by the motor based on the accumulated slip energy of the differential; and controlling the output torque of the motor based on the maximum torque. According to the method, the wheel speed difference value of the left wheel and the right wheel in the vehicle running time is monitored, the friction energy accumulated by the differential mechanism in a period of time under the current working condition is obtained according to the wheel speed difference value of the left wheel and the right wheel and the transmission torque borne by the differential mechanism, and dynamic torque limitation is conducted according to the energy value; robustness based on single slip frequency wheel speed difference protection and differential mechanism structural part protection under the abuse working condition can be effectively enhanced.

    本申请提供一种差速器保护控制方法、装置及电子设备,以解决目前差速工况下车辆行驶所造成的差速器烧结或磨损等问题,该方法包括:基于车辆在运行时间内的车轮端之间的各阶段差速和当前电机输出扭矩,获取差速器累计滑差能量;基于差速器累计滑差能量确定电机输出的最大扭矩;基于所述最大扭矩控制电机的输出扭矩。本申请通过监测车辆运行时间内左右车轮轮速差值,并根据左右车轮轮速差值以及差速器承载的传动扭矩来获取当前工况下差速器一段时间所积累的摩擦能量,并根据此能量值来做动态扭矩限制,能够有效增强淡出基于单次滑差轮速差保护的鲁棒性和滥用工况下差速器结构件保护。
