The integrated floating and sinking disaster-avoiding power generation device comprises a floating type photovoltaic power generation system, a pulse type wave energy power generation system, a floating and sinking monitoring system and an anchoring system. The floating type photovoltaic power generation system is composed of photovoltaic panels, the floating and sinking monitoring system is composed of a floating and sinking shell, an air bag, a monitoring sensor and an air suction pipe, and the pulse type wave energy power generation system is composed of a pulse pipe and a power generator. The anchoring system is composed of an anchor chain and a suction foundation, and the whole device is fixed through the anchoring system. The photovoltaic power generation system generates power through a photovoltaic panel. The pulse type wave energy power generation system generates power through the striking effect of seawater on the pulse pipe. The floating and sinking monitoring system controls floating and sinking of the whole device, and a sensor on the floating and sinking system is used for monitoring the surrounding hydrological environment, so that the power generation device can absorb waves and utilize the waves to generate power in normal weather; under the extreme weather condition, the device can sink to a deep water area with small wind wave influence, safe and stable operation of the device is ensured, and the dual power generation effect of solar energy and wave energy is achieved.
本发明提出一种基于光伏发电和波浪能发电一体化浮沉避灾发电装置,其中包括:漂浮式光伏发电系统、脉冲式波浪能发电系统、浮沉监测系统、锚固系统;漂浮式光伏发电系统由光伏板组成,浮沉监测系统由浮沉外壳、气囊、监测传感器、吸气管组成,脉冲式波浪能发电系统由脉冲管、发电机组成;锚固系统由锚链和吸力基础组成,整个装置通过锚固系统固定;光伏发电系统通过光伏板发电。脉冲式波浪能发电系统通过海水对脉冲管的击打作用进行发电。浮沉监测系统控制整体装置的浮沉,通过浮沉系统上的传感器对周围水文环境的监测,实现在正常天气下,发电装置可以进行消波消浪并利用波浪进行发电;在极端天气条件下,可以下沉到风浪影响较小的深水区,确保设备安全稳定运行,实现太阳能和波浪能双重发电的效果。
