The invention discloses a force bearing layer blended fabric for an aerostat capsule body, the aerostat capsule body and an aerostat. The force-bearing layer blended fabric for the aerostat capsule comprises, by weight, 60-95 parts of force-bearing fiber filaments, 1-15 parts of antibacterial fiber filaments, 3-20 parts of conductive fiber filaments and 1-10 parts of thermofuses, and based on the fact that the thickness of the blended fabric is not larger than 450 micrometers, the surface density of the blended fabric is 5 g/m < 2 >-250 g/m < 2 >. Therefore, the blended fabric of the bearing layer has antistatic and mildew-proof performance, and the antistatic and mildew-proof performance requirements of the aerostat on the bag body material can be met while the strength required by the bag body material is ensured; moreover, the thermofuses can be fused under a high-temperature condition in the preparation process of laminating and compounding the capsule material, and are attached among other fibers or on the surfaces of the other fibers to achieve the effect of sizing the warp and weft directions of the blended fabric, so that the problem that the rate of finished products is reduced due to skewing of the capsule material in the preparation process can be prevented; and the machine-passing wear-resisting property of the fiber yarns can also be improved.

    本发明公开了用于浮空器囊体的承力层混纺面料、浮空器囊体和浮空器。其中,用于浮空器囊体的承力层混纺面料包括:60~95重量份的承力纤维长丝、1~15重量份的抗菌纤维丝、3~20重量份的导电纤维丝和1~10重量份的热熔丝,基于所述混纺面料的厚度不大于450微米,所述混纺面料的面密度为5g/m2~250g/m2。由此,既可以使承力层混纺面料具有抗静电和防霉性能,在保证囊体材料所需强度的同时能满足浮空器对囊体材料抗静电和防霉的性能需求;而且热熔丝在囊体材料的层压复合的制备过程中可以在高温条件下熔融,帖覆在其它纤维丝之间或表面起到对混纺面料经纬向的定型的作用,从而既能防止囊体材料在制备过程中发生纬斜导致成品率降低的问题,还能提高纤维丝的过机耐磨性能。
