The invention discloses a traffic signal lamp intelligent adjustment method and device based on the Internet of Vehicles, a storage medium and a terminal. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a plurality of pieces of road condition information from a plurality of vehicle-mounted terminals; generating road condition data corresponding to time and position according to the plurality of pieces of road condition information; and acquiring traffic light control information according to the road condition data. According to the method, after the road condition information is analyzed, real-time traffic lights and traffic lights at specified time and positions in the future are regulated and controlled, so that the vehicle congestion condition is improved.
