The invention provides a polyester rubber composite tire with a biodegradable tread and a preparation method. The composite tire comprises a tread, a transition layer and a tire body, the tread is prepared from a biodegradable butylene glycol-based polyester elastomer composite material, the transition layer is prepared from a polar rubber composite material, and the tire body is a commercial tire body or is prepared by mixing a common tire body formula. The finished polyester rubber composite tire with the biodegradable tread is formed by pre-assembling and forming the tread, the transition layer and the tire body and synchronously co-vulcanizing the tread, the transition layer and the tire body. The prepared composite tire has excellent mechanical properties, can meet the performance requirements of the tire in actual use, can be biologically degraded and is environment-friendly, and the problem of adhesion between a polar polyester rubber tread material and a non-polar traditional tire body material is solved by introducing a polar transition layer material for co-vulcanization.
本发明提供了一种胎面可生物降解的聚酯橡胶复合轮胎及制备方法。复合轮胎包括胎面、过渡层和胎体,胎面由可生物降解的丁烯二醇基聚酯弹性体复合材料制得,过渡层由极性橡胶复合材料制得,胎体为商品用胎体或由通常的胎体配方经混炼制得,胎面可生物降解聚酯橡胶复合轮胎成品经胎面、过渡层和胎体的预组装成型和同步共硫化而成。本发明制得的复合轮胎具有优异的机械性能,可满足轮胎实际使用时的性能需求,同时可被生物降解,对环境友好,通过引入极性过渡层材料共硫化,解决了极性聚酯橡胶胎面材料与非极性传统胎体材料的粘合问题。
