The invention relates to a full-automatic flexible-operation stacking robot which comprises a rear frame, an inner gantry, a fork arm carrier, a master controller, a hydraulic station, a driving wheel assembly, a driving controller, a battery and a hydraulic cylinder, the master controller, the hydraulic station, the driving wheel assembly, the driving controller, the battery and the hydraulic cylinder are all fixed in the rear frame, the hydraulic cylinder lifts the inner gantry, and a navigation laser device is further arranged at the top of the rear frame. The fork arm carrier is further provided with a sensor used for recognizing goods, a master controller in the rear frame firstly conducts scanning mapping and route design through a navigation laser device, and the master controller transmits signals to a driving wheel assembly through a driving controller, so that the stacking robot walks and turns. After the goods arrive at the goods position, the sensor at the goods fork frame identifies the goods, the lifting height parameter of the goods is read by the stay wire encoder and then is sent to the master controller, the master controller controls the hydraulic cylinder through the driving controller, and the stacking height of the goods is achieved. The whole structure is compact, the turning radius of the vehicle body is reduced, and the automation degree is high.

    本发明涉及一种全自动运行灵活的堆高机器人,包括后车架、内门架、货叉架、以及全部固定在后车架内的总控制器、液压站、驱动轮组件、驱动控制器、电池和液压缸,液压缸对内门架进行升降,后车架的顶部还设有导航激光装置,货叉架还设有用来识别货物的传感器,后车架内的总控制器通过导航激光装置先进行扫描建图与路线设计,并且总控制器通过驱动控制器把信号传到驱动轮组件,从而使得堆高机器人进行行走和转弯;到达货物处后,货叉架处的传感器对货物进行识别,货物起升高度参数由拉线编码器读取之后给到总控制器,总控制器通过驱动控制器实现对液压缸的控制,实现货物的堆高。本发明整体结构紧凑、车体的转弯半径减小,且自动化程度高。
